STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM Registration Agreement: The “Student Registration Form” serves as the agreement between the applicant and EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED. It represents the entire agreement and understanding between the student and EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED regarding all matters related to the course. By registering for the course, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. Please note that success in getting a job in the Middle East is not guaranteed and depends on various factors. In case of non-compliance with the terms of service, EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

REFUND POLICY

1. All payments must be made by bank account transfer. The details of the bank account are given on our website.
2. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after registration and payment, except in cases such as factual errors, duplicate payments, mistaken denominations, and other inaccurate payment deductions that result in unreasonable loss.
3. EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to refuse refunds at its discretion.
4. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used.
5. EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED does not provide refunds in the form of cash or cheque; only online refunds are available.
6. Any additional charges incurred by the customer, such as bank transaction fees, service fees, or processing fees, will not be refunded.
7. Multiple return requests for the same order will not be entertained.
8. EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED does not pay interest on refunds.
9. EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible if the customer fails to receive our communication due to incomplete or incorrect contact details.
10. Customers must provide valid documentation, including a valid invoice, to claim a refund.
11. EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED’s payment service provider assumes no liability for any damage, monetary or otherwise, that a customer may suffer due to any delay, interruption, corruption, or failure of information transmission during payment.
12. A refund will be issued to the customer only if EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED fails to provide services after receiving payment.
13. Once a cancellation request is processed by EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a full or partial refund will be issued using the original payment method.

• We may also contact the user through SMS, email, and call to give notifications on various important updates. Therefore, EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any liabilities, including financial penalties, damages, and expenses, in case the user’s mobile number is registered with the Do Not Call (DNC) database.

PERFORMANCE

• A student must ensure to attend all the modules offered by EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED.
• Merely joining at EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED does not assure getting qualified for a job or passing an interview.

COMMUNICATION TO THE STUDENTS

• Communication regarding changes in specifications of services provided by EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED or changes in regulations will be intimated through emails/WhatsApp messages to the candidates.
• If there is any change in the schedule of the sessions or change in the curriculum, students shall be informed by mail/SMS/WhatsApp groups.
• Students are responsible for checking for updates from time to time.

STUDENT FEEDBACK & GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

• In order to improve the quality of services provided to students, EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED actively seeks, appreciates, and acts upon feedback from students about its services from time to time.
• Students may take a photocopy of the terms and conditions for future reference.
• EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED’s decision in any of the above shall be final and binding.
• All disputes are subject to Indian courts of law.

USER ACCOUNTS

1. When creating a user account on our website, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT

I have:

• Read & understood the above and I am aware of the services EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED shall provide to the candidates.

• Provided the right to use the data and details & no privacy shall be considered in such case.

• No objection in EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED publishing my photographs in newspaper, YouTube, Social Media, website & other promotional materials while claiming the results

• Understood that the student’s performance depends on the continuing/participating interest on his/her part.
• Declared and undertook the aforementioned “Terms and Conditions” which I have read and understood, and will strictly adhere to the same at all times.
• EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED in no ways guarantees a job in the Middle-East RCM industry for the candidates.
• EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED will just teach the candidates the unique features of the UAE health insurance industry and will try and get an interview invite for the candidates.
• The certificate of “Middle-East RCM Expert” given by EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED is just a testament to the fact that you have attended the course and in no way implies that you know all about the RCM industry in the Middle-East countries.
• The certificates do not guarantee a job in the RCM industry of the Middle-East countries.

I further agree that I will fully comply with all decisions made by EMPOWER RCM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED with regards to the above procedures and understand that the same will not be subject to any review under any circumstances.
