COURSE CONTENT

In this course, you will learn about the work cycle, starting from the journey of a patient visiting the front desk at the hospital, till the patient is discharged/checked out from the facility. This includes claims submission using insurance protocols, billing regulations and medical codes.

  • Module 1 – Introduction of Medical Insurance Practices in UAE Healthcare
  • Module 2 – Eligibility Check and Pre-Approval Process for OP and IP claims
  • Module 3 – Medical Coding and Billing Process for OP claims
  • Module 4 – Medical Coding and Billing Process for IP claims
  • Module 5 – Submission and Resubmission Process and Denial Analysis
  • Module 6 – Medical Coding/ Billing and Regulatory Guideline
  • Module 7 – Audit process and CDI with doctors training
  • Module 8 – Networking, reconciliation and collection
  • Module 9 – Doubt clearing session
  • Module 10 – Interview preparation

COURSE FLOW

  • Course can be started at any time by a candidate
  • Candidate will get ten online video modules
  • Candidate will get written content in a PDF format pertaining to each of the modules
  • There will be a test at the end of each module which the candidate MUST pass
  • After a candidate goes through all the videos, reads the corresponding material and clears the tests then he/she has to register for;
  • Live doubt clearing session
  • Live mock interview session
  • After the aforesaid, the candidate will register for the final examination which can be taken anytime. A link will be provided for the same
  • A candidate will be given 3 chances to clear the examination, post which the course will have to be repeated
  • The course will be accessible to a candidate for a duration of 3 months
  • After the candidate clears the final examination, he/she will be given a certificate of UAE RCM Expert

COMPLETION OF COURSE

  • Resume will be circulated among all the hospitals, clinics & insurance companies
  • Candidates will be recommended for hospital internship programs
