We have conceptualized an online course which provides an in-depth introduction to UAE revenue cycle management (RCM) and is an apt substitute for real time UAE RCM experience

Founders

Dr. Rohan Walia:

Dr. Rohan Walia is a medical doctor from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, with an MBA degree in International Healthcare Management from Aberdeen Business School, UK. He is also a certified 6 Sigma Green Belt from KPMG, Mumbai. He has a rich experience of 23+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical insurance.

 

For the past 15+ years, he has been heading the revenue cycle department of renowned hospitals groups in the UAE such as Aster and Medcare Hospitals, NMC Hospitals, and Saudi German Hospitals, UAE.

 

He has also worked in various insurance companies and TPAs in UAE like Daman National Insurance Company in Abu Dhabi and Nextcare TPA in Dubai.

Dr. Naaz Khan:

Dr. Naaz Khan is a distinguished professional with a unique blend of expertise in both clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare. With 4 years of hands-on clinical experience, Dr Khan has a deep understanding of patient care and medical practices. In addition, she has spent the past decade honing her skills in revenue cycle management, working with major hospitals and insurance providers across the UAE. This extensive experience has made her highly knowledgeable in hospital administration and claims management systems.

As a recognized authority in the field, Dr. Khan has also served as a speaking faculty member, sharing insights and best practices with peers and industry professionals. Her comprehensive background and commitment to excellence makes her a valuable asset to any healthcare organization seeking to optimize operations and improve financial performance.
